we had the best time at king's arms! the team there is super friendly, it felt like hanging out with friends rather than just staying at a hotel. kevin and his staff were always up for a chat and gave us so many tips on what to do around lostwithiel. the room we had was nice and clean, and that comfy bed was just what we needed after a long day of exploring! breakfast was really good too, a perfect way to start our day.
but there were a couple of things that could use some work, like the bathroom could've been cleaner and the parking situation was kinda tricky.

Right from the start, I loved lounging in the cozy lobby while enjoying complimentary cookies and coffee. The game room was a blast, and it was nice to unwind by playing pool. I did find a small tissue in the bed, but it didn't take away from how much fun I had overall! 😄

Had a blast with my friends! We enjoyed fishing nearby and exploring local spots. The TV had digital programming, which kept us entertained during downtime. The staff was super friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Just ensure to lock up your things when you’re out and about.
One issue was the security. someone else entered our booked room while we were away, which was a bit unsettling.

The warm and inviting decor made me feel right at home, like a cozy cottage. Accessible facilities also made it easy to navigate, which was a lovely touch for seniors.
A ramp for easier access would be nice.

Had a right laugh mingling with the local crowd at the pub. the friendly vibe made it a doddle to relax. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy enough for a good ol' kip after exploring Lostwithiel. Plus, a cheeky morning cuppa and toast sorted me right out before heading off!
I did find a tissue lurking in the sheets, which is a bit grim, and the window latch was broken—bit dodgy, innit? Plus, I had to request some basics like teacups and toilet paper.

Welcoming staff made me feel right at home, and the room was comfortable, although a bit dated. Parking is street-based, which can be tricky. The dinner was delightful, particularly the Indian cuisine. a pleasant experience worth considering despite a few minor inconveniences.

Had a blast with my friends! We enjoyed fishing nearby and some fun digital programming during our stay. The vibe was incredible, and the staff were super friendly. Just a tip, make sure to secure your valuables.
Our experience was marred when someone else was found in our room upon returning. They didn't have a key, which was unsettling and worrying.
